Every time we schedule a substance abuse evaluation we collect a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes towards the cost of the evaluation if the client appears for their scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or they do not come to their appointment we do not refund the...

amount of the deposit. Everyone that schedules an appointment with us is told this is a non-refundable deposit BEFORE we take any money from them.
