After receiving this correspondence I immediately contacted the homeowner and set an appointment to address their areas of concernThe soonest they were available was Friday, August 1st at 12:00pmI arranged to have a drywaller and electrician meet me on site to take care of the issues (nail pops, loud vent fan, and buzzing GFI plug)These issues were addressed and I am currently working with the owners to set a time for a painter to return and touch up paint where drywall repairs were madeWe are also going to paint a front and back door for them at no additional cost when the painter returns The original repairs would have been a 3-month process as we were mainly restoring the same footprint of the homeThe timeline greatly increased when we collectively agreed to turn an attic and porch space (totaling over 1,000sf additional) into finished living space in exchange for the homeowners completing and purchasing there own flooring Along with the additional square footage, came additional permits, inspections, and timeThe homeowners have occupied the home since February, all while completing the flooringThese punch list items, that would fall under their year warranty, are being completed while that warranty is actually suspended due to an outstanding balance of over $63, These issues are taken very seriously and will be taken care of, as we sincerely care about giving our customers the best possible experienceThanks!
