My mother-in-law died while visiting us in OcalaWe made arrangements to have her transported back to Maine for funeralThe Maine funeral home made all arrangementsWe took trip to Maine for funeral The day after arriving home in Florida we received a letter from Hiers-Baxley advertising funeral servicesThey obviously got our name somehow from hospital/EMT, whateverI find this crass and offensiveIt does not seem to me to be professional at all I would NEVER use their services nor recommend a company that intrudes immediately on family during grief period

My mother-in-law died while visiting us in Ocala. We made arrangements to have her transported back to Maine for funeral. The Maine funeral home made all arrangements. We took trip to Maine for funeral. The day after arriving home in Florida we received a letter from Hiers-Baxley advertising funeral services. They obviously got our name somehow from hospital/EMT, whatever. I find this crass and offensive. It does not seem to me to be professional at all.
