drywall to a subcontractor, [redacted], for use on several developments including the one in which Ms. [redacted] resides. [redacted] (now apparently out ofbusiness) has forged FBM signatures on a large number of joint checks (269K and counting) issued by developers. Because we are unpaid and have been the victim of what we believe is fraud we have filed [redacted] liens against those residences where drywall supplied by FBM was used in construction of the home and for which we remain unpaid. We regret the inconvenience and concern that this action causes homeowners and we hope that the matter can be settled by the developer or [redacted] or [redacted]s bank making payment at which time the mechanic's lien can be vacated. Review: [redacted], CALIFORNIA CREDIT MANAGER, for Foundation Building Materials failed to do her research before filing [redacted] LIENS on brand new homes that were purchased in the Monument Ranch Community in Perris CA. There is a dispute between [redacted] Inc, that I cannot find a license for in the State Contractors License Board, and her company not getting paid for materials. I bought my home 9/30/2014. [redacted] sent a Certified Mail [redacted] Lien, did not send out a Preliminary Notice beforehand and says if I do not pay her $135.81 then my home can be foreclosed within 90 days from 2/18/2015. [redacted] will not return any of my calls and will not respond to any of my online responses through their company contact information. I have not had any work done on my home besides warranty work covered in my home warranty. I told [redacted], produce bills that I signed but she does not return calls. She has the nerve to send this out but cannot respond to such unethical business practices. This prevents me from refinancing my home and makes it look like I am in dispute with her and cannot pay bills or I am irresponsible. I do not appreciate this at all and would like to maintain my peace of mind at my house. This just is not right.Desired Settlement: I want this [redacted] Lien taken off of my home and the paperwork to prove to me that this is over with as soon as possible and before my home is foreclosed upon over $135.81 or before I have to pay $135.81 to the County Assessor's Office in Riverside County to get this Lien off for something that she filed against my home illegally.
