The agent of Fotografi Productions has contacted me for my wedding photography needs. He guaranteed professional work and showed us the portfolio at https://www.fotografiproductions.com/. His photographer has done a horrible job. The photographer used entry level crop body Nikon, did not use proper lighting and editing was either bad, or just not there at all. The pictures were soft, many were out of focus, very grainy and absolutely ***. I confronted the agent and he admitted over the phone that the photographer was not very good and he thought that she had improved. That is why he sent her. That is completely unacceptable for a special occasion such as wedding. He proposed to conduct two photoshoots to make up. I completely disagree on that suggestion. It is impossible to recreate the wedding shoot. I had family members fly to Canada from South East Asia and tickets are not cheap. I demanded refund for the photography. Ever since, the agent stopped all kinds of communication with me and does not return my calls/voice mails.
