are very sorry you felt that was your experience here, please again accept our apologies in advance. I personally take responsibility for the extended time it took for us to fulfill the service requested by the party involved. Circumstances on our end ( sicknesses, inclement weather contributed as well as being extremely backlogged. Since receiving the letter, I have contacted the customers Twice, first contact ( Morning of Jan 30- day after receiving letter)was to let them know I understood there frustration and ( all verbal contact has been with the husband) we are finalizing our analysis of the items requested. Second conversation was to give update on our diagnostics, (the afternoon of same day). The client came in that same day and picked up the vehicle with a copy of diagnostic information at no charge to customer. I did ask customer to convey everything discussed with his wife. I will attach a copy of the repair order. After all our time and resources that we put Into giving a thorough diagnosis we did not charge customer for anything that was done. To show good faith and to again to truly show the personal care we strive to give each and every client that allows us to work on there vehicles, thank you for the opportunity to express our view and I pray this will clear up any and all misunderstanding
