Oiver *** a Sales Executive from Foster Real Estate Holdings, calls first and indicates if interested in selling our Timeshare in Mexico. He offers to send a contract. Then once the contract is sent, David ***, calls and says Trip Advisor is willing to give you x amount of money for your timeshare. If you agree to that amount, an attorney from Mexico, will call you Alfredo *** was who called me and says you can do this on your own, but he will assist you so that you do not pay any SAT (this is the IRS in Mexico). Well a few days later, SAT (which I later find out is not the real SAT domain) ask for 1% of the amount to pay for exceeding $50,000 and charge a Foreign Participation fee. Then days later will email you indicating you need to activate their account and ask for a $3,500 fee email comes from Avisos . Then they will say they have to send cashier's check because wire over $50,000 exceeds the limit email Registros Foraneos and to later get a email indicating you have to pay 15% for funds out of the country. Needless to say I got robbed. Roster Real Estate Holdings and their attorneys in Mexico are all in it together.
