Please accept our apologies that your move did not go as smoothly as planned. Our trucks' malfunctioning unfortunately added to the stress of moving. We agree that moving is a very stressful undertaking. We understood that all packing would be done by our customers prior to the
move and our quote for the move did not include any packing services. Many items in the basement and elsewhere in the home were not packed and were not ready to move. Our crew moved the furniture and all the boxes that were packed and took as much of the non-packed items as possible.As a clarification, our company was not hired by the new owners to clean out the house after the move. Verification can be provided by the new owners. We did try to reach out to the new owners after the locks were changed but did not receive a response.Again, we are sorry for any undue stress and disappointment that occurred. As requested by Ms*** as a settlement, we will mail a check to her in the amount of $as a full refund for the move if that is agreeable
