like I said this is how the slate skin stamp turns out done it with mass of the customers never had one complaint it's a cheaper way to fix your back patio that's in bad shape he wants me to send him money back when I've already done over $of work in the front a new sidewalk all the grading he owes me money I don't understand people like him cost me over 1,dollars in material to stamp his back patio now he has a stamp patio and a new sidewalk in the front that was poured and stamp nothing wrong with it he originally wanted all tore out in the back and redone which will cost him a lot more money I should not have to pay for that I tried to save him money

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all Fosmo Concrete offered an alternative way of replacing my old patio concrete to save me money by doing a skin stamp Yes I took the advice of a company that has over years in the Concrete Business that seem to want to help me in saving money, but in reality it will end up costing me money in the end to have this job done correctly I have Pic's via email that Fosmo Concrete sent me from previous jobs done by them and the quality of workmanship done at my home doesn't even come close to the quality of work that is shown in the pictures A little rough in the skim stamp is not a complaint of mine The complaints are the wavy lines that were cut in, the inconsistently of workmanship with deep cut lines that travel into shallow cut lines The different of color in the concrete do to not seal correctly The chips in the new skim stamp work that needed patch's I have over pic's of the poor quality of workmanship What's even more puzzling is that the job was agree at $5,witch I paid half up front and here it is over weeks later after Fosmo Concrete said the job was complete and they haven't once requested for the final payment of $2, The company did come out once after weeks of saying the work was complete and try to fix a couple of the flaws in the poor workmanship and hasn't contacted me since ( Something that makes a person go Hmmmmm ).Sincerely, [redacted]

added more square footage to the original bid price so more square footage means more money I ask for at least for the concrete money and did the labor for free $refund they agreed to itthe dispute is over now

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: MrF* ( Fosmo Concrete ) has admitted to doing poor quality of workmanship in the Stamp Concrete overlay that was done at my home over months ago. Only ( ) time has MrF* or someone from his company come to my home and try to do a quick fix on a couple of places the poor quality of work was done. I have over places that show poor quality of work in the Stamp overlay along with the new sidewalk.I ask the Revdex.com at this time to give Fosmo Concrete the lowest of ratings and to post all of my complaints so this makes other buyers beware of Fosmo Concrete.At the time I will stop wasting the Revdex.com time with all of my complaints and take legal actions against this company to get my money back and also seek extra money for another company come fix the poor quality of work that was done. job  was complected  and   customer not  happy  with  the  quality of the  work    .  The  stamp here wanted   is a  skin  stamp   thats  how  they  turn  out   they  look  a  ...

little  rough  . the  stam  is the  cheapest   one to  do thats  why .   tried to  save  them  some  money  because it  seemed to   be the  issue .   They got  what  stamp  they asked  for   now  not  paying   .    cant  please  every  body   did that  stamp the  same  way  to   many  others   with  no  complants  .
