Forward Dental / Advanced Dental - RACINE

I have had nothing but headaches with Forward Dental and their billing. My husband had three root canals that did not work before they decided to do a bridge. They billed my insurance incorrectly and I had to go through hoops to get payment. Now mind you this is after threatening letters and threats to take me to collections / court. I kept in contact with them but I still received the threats. Finally that situation got resolved but now I get a call from collections that one of the three root canals went into collections. Never received billing, letters, phone calls from the dental office on that one and why would my insurance pay out on two but not the third? Most likely it was again billed incorrectly due to the incompetence of their billing department. So now my credit is ruined, I have a bill in collections that my insurance would have paid out, and talking to Forward is useless. I truly believe also that they do extra unnecessary procedures to get paid out. If I had a choice I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, unfortunately this is who my insurance covers. I am truly fed up with the not knowing how to submit claims.
