Review: I ordered a replacement part and my card was charged on 2/20/13. I have not received it nor have I gotten any response to my multiple email inquiries.

I contacted the company when 3 machines had refrigeration units go out at approximately the same time. After speaking with Tech Support, we determined that one unit may be a Compressor Relay Switch.

They referred me to [redacted] in the company's coaching department, who sent me a parts order form. I completed this form, which I immediately completed and returned, at which time [redacted] Passed it on to [redacted] (I believe in accounting). [redacted] processed the order and confirmed that my card had been successfully charged.

3 weeks later, when I had not received the part, I emailed [redacted] and [redacted] to see if they could give me a tracking number so I could see where the part was. No response. The following week, I sent a follow-up email requesting the same information. Again, no response.

The following week I sent an email to [redacted]. He was the original salesman who said that if I ever had any issues, I should let him know right away. I asked him if they were still in business, because I had not gotten any communication from [redacted] or [redacted] since my credit card was charged. I got no response from [redacted] either.Desired Settlement: Since I have three vending units with inoperable refrigeration units (all of which went out about the same time and just past the warranty period), I can assume that the quality of the units is not as represented. I have had lost revenues for the 3 units that are out of service. I have spent time traveling to the locations, to do diagnostics (with tech support)and even took one of them to a local refrigeration company (at [redacted] recommendation), who has indicated they need to replace the compr
