I am having a similar experience with them. Something needs to be done.

I was introduced to this company through a buyer client of mine. They speak Mandarin Chinese which is why they got the account. That is the only positive thing I can say about the way they do business. I am a Real Estate Broker and have been for 16+ years. This agency has had the worst follow through I have ever experienced. They missed multiple, critical deadlines, putting my buyers escrow deposit at risk. The first was an appraisal deadline that was clearly stated in the contract. We inquired about the appraisal and we were ignored. When pushed for an answer, I was yelled at and threatened. The owner said I was being recorded and that anything I said would be used against me. When asked about a closing date, no one could give any kind of answer. Only upon further examination, was I able to find out that this lender was not the actual company writing the loan. The true lender was from another company. To be honest, I am not really sure what role Fortune Mortgage played in the loan other than to collect information. They continually ignored requests for updates and only made matter worse. Communication is key in any real estate transaction. This company either doesn't care or they just are not capable. In any case, they for sure do not follow proper procedure and abide by contracted timelines. They put my clients money at risk and then would take zero responsibility for their actions or even attempt to apologize. At the writing of this complaint, it is unclear as to whether or not the buyers will be able to close on this property or lose their deposit.
