We were not able to get this glass from the manufacturer due to problems with the autoclave (machine used to laminate glass).  Customer statements are correct in regards to the initial payment, and time delay.  The date of this complaint was the day in which we returned a full refund for...

the down payment because of the manufacturer not being able to produce glass.  The only thing I take issue with is the statement of not getting any honest follow up.  They were told several times that the delay was not on our end and were given their full refund (hand delivered to them) on the day they requested it back.  The only amount they had paid was the down payment of $995.00 so that should of been the disputed amount.  This has been the only complaint registered against us and I feel that it should not reflect negatively on our company since the refund was handled in a timely manner (same day).Sincerely,[redacted]A Better View Glass[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The refund was returned; however, it took many calls, text messages and threats to go to the Revdex.com before I received response.
