I checked my credit card statements and Medion Photos has, in fact, refunded the charges on 8/22/2015. Not the resolution for which I was hoping, I would rather have had the prints, but so be it. Perhaps if they had responded appropriately the first several times I contacted them,
it wouldn’t be “too old” to reprint. Thank you for your assistance in this matter and your prompt response
