This electrical matter was taken care of months agoOne thing we try to explain to our customers is that per our contract, we are not responsible for any under ground wiring or piping and we need to be made aware of itIn this case the problem was resolved

Nothing further has happened yet and I would like you to not close this complaint until we can agree on a resolution? The appointment is scheduled for July and am hopeful he can help.I am pleased that Andro has personally spoken to me about the matter and promised to come look at the job? Once we reach a resolution I would like to inform you of it?
