*** is a fraud He does NOT have a license as a contractor with Regional He scammed us out of $20K of unfinished work, and left Left us with missing tiles and missing handrail at top of stairs Dangerous for anyone, but especially for me with one weak leg of which he was advised
He used an unlicensed electrician but claimed that he was licensed The "electrician" himself claimed that he did NOT have a license
Staining that was done on woodwork was all splotchy and different colors -- very uneven
Overall, very messy workers (sawdust all over new carpeting - every day.) *** was rarely present when work was being done
We were advised by a subcontractor that he said we weren't paying him That is malarchy - we have the canceled checks and bills to prove it
*** is also an ex-con on parole (provable at inmatelocator.com) Inmates are warned not to engage in contracts, yet *** claims to be a contractor???
