This letter is to address the complaint submitted on March 18, 2017 with an ID of [redacted]. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Attached you will find screen shots of the on-line ticket purchase process for the Fort Worth Zoo. As you will see, there are two mentions of our expiration policy...

before the transaction is completed and the expiration date is clearly printed on each and every ticket. I will be happy to address this complaint with four complimentary tickets for the customer's family to make another visit to the zoo with an expiration date of December 31, 2017.
