At the Time of this Complaint Mrs [redacted] was not aware that her husband had called requesting the possibility for larger diameter baluster and handrail components without affecting the cost.In our efforts to satisfy the request we out sourced Mr [redacted] 's request adding additional time to the delivery of this portion of the order.The Order has been delivered in Full to include the Changes Requested by Mr [redacted] at no additional charge
