Hi [redacted] , I spoke with my Front Desk staff concerning the incident above We do not have a staff member by the name of *** [redacted] has not worked here for over a year and a half now The front desk person working during this time stated that they did call the guest after learning of the broken floor lamp from housekeeping on June 27th at approximately 11:30am The front desk person acknowledged that a lamp had been broken Attached you will find pictures of the broken lamp and an invoice from Sierra Design Studio stating the cost of the lamp If there are any other questions I can address please let me know Regards, [redacted] General Manager

I am rejecting this response because: While I certainly appreciate the information I have to request a refund of $This damage was not caused by our stayI attached a copy of a screen shot of my phone regarding calls to Holiday Haus on June 2016, phone number ***The first call (incoming to me) appears on my phone (which is east coast based) at 7:pm, 4:pacificI hope this, in addition to my position, will provide the doubt you need to reverse the chargeMight I suggest someone else damaged this item? And to charge $for a $lamp (qty 5/$186)? With all due respect this item should have never been charged to me

learning of the broken floor lamp from housekeeping on June 27th 2016 at approximately 11:30am.  The front desk person acknowledged that a lamp had been broken.  Attached you will find pictures of the broken lamp and an invoice from Sierra Design Studio stating the cost of the lamp.   If there are any other questions I can address please let me know.   Regards,       [redacted] General Manager
