Review: like many other people, I never received my product from fort turner, I did get a call from him after mentioning the Revdex.com in one email. he said he would get it right out. that was after 4 months of waiting, its been about a year now and I have not been able to contact him. neither through phone or email.Desired Settlement: full refund

Review: In November 2014, I ordered a tomahawk from fort Turner for my husband and was told it was an 8-10 week estimated ship out time, my total of $ 83.95 was immediately deducted from my account. January 2015 I emailed fort turner asking when my product would be shipped with no response. In February, my husband called fort Turner and spoke with the owner [redacted] Turner and inquired about our order, the owner stated that he would "take care of us" and ship it right away. We never received it. Since then, we have emailed and called numerous times, leaving countless voicemails with no response and no refund of our money.Desired Settlement: We no longer wish to receive the tomahawk, we would just like our money back

Review: Through the Fort Turner website, I ordered and paid by credit card for three Rogers' Rangers Tomahawks with custom engraving and sheaths in May 2014. After more than 9 months and multiple phone calls and Emails with assurance that I would receive the products, I have still not received these products. Although I truly sympathize with personal issues and resultant delays described by the vendor, I must respectfully request assistance for either immediate shipping of the products with associated tracking information or an immediate refund.Desired Settlement: Either immediate shipping of the products with associated tracking information or an immediate refund.
