vehicle was brought Into body shop thelnltlal estimate written by    insurance  company using lkq (used) parts.  As repairs began the body shop contacted the lnsur  nee company about the slt .tation of the used parts which caused the delay of repairs [redacted]e to vehlc   • Thursday, September 22No [redacted] had spoken to [redacted] stating that once repairs have been com  eted he would call [redacted] to let him know vehicle was ready for pickup. From the time the vehicle was   rought to the body shop for repairs body shop owner never gave [redacted] a date or time that the vehlcl   would be ready due to the severity of the accident and repairs to the truck. On September 27, 2016   r. [redacted] and · [redacted] came to the body shop to pick up vehicle. [redacted] greeted and shook hands with hem and they stated to him "we are here to pick up [redacted]'s truck" [redacted] stated to them Itwas not r ady. [redacted] got very upset and started yelling at body shop owner for having to drive all thl way and vehicle was not ready. [redacted] asked them to come Into office and stated to [redacted] that he had t ld [redacted] when they spoke on the phone on Thursday that once vehicle was ready he would let him   ow to come pickIt up. [redacted] stated he just wanted the vehicle. [redacted] asked If he had payme tIn full for repairs and sign a liability vehicle release form. [redacted] did use profanity tow rds [redacted] and stated that he was going to call the pollee and his attorney to make him release the v   lcle even though the repairs were not completed that's when [redacted] asked him to leave the body shop mmedlately. In regards to them getting Insurance agent Involved [redacted] and Insurance aaent Cody s   ke about thevehicle and situation. Cody Insurance agent said he would send the supplement on ve  icle. Vehicle needed to test driven due to the final repairs being [redacted]e In the morning of the lnclde     .Shop was shorthanded until one of the emplov.ees took off from his full time job In the afternoon   to come test drive the vehicle with another employee from shop on Monday. Tuesday morning R    n [redacted] came to pick ; p vehicle with payment and before leaving body shop. All the repairs, OEM andshown and explained to [redacted]. [redacted] had no questions or concerns after Is inspection and before leaving the premises of the body shop It was stated to [redacted] that for him to drive his vehicle like he normally does around town before·leaving and if he felt that'anything d dn't feel right to bring It back and shop would make necessary adjustments before he left town. [redacted] L stak stated to Ron le and Jerome that he appreciated all that they had [redacted]e for his vehicle. [redacted] lo  ak and [redacted] spoke and both apologized and shook hands. [redacted] inspected his vehicle a mini um of 30 minutes__across the street from the body shop. [redacted] the owner of the vehicle a d [redacted] have had several communications through phone conversations concerning the repairs toR an's vehicle. Several issues from the repairs of this vehicle due to a previous accident. [redacted] knew   this and told us the body shop of the previous repairs and that the previous work [redacted]e on the truck a d parts used were not the c:prrect parts for this truck. IE: front bumper lo er valance; als9 [redacted] was told hat any and all warranties to his vehicle were to be performed by our body shop and he signed the fo      stating that.
