To whom it may concern, This is in response to a complaint to my business, ID [redacted] , Mr [redacted] purchased a washer from me, These are used appliances and I do warranty all of my product, I have signs posted in my store that we will repair or exchange product of equal value, These are not new machines so things do happen, I called Mr [redacted] and told him that unfortunately the machine was unfixable and to come in and pick out another machine, he stated that the machine was painted, all of our machines are cleaned and painted, they are usedAs for not answering my calls, that is not true, I always answer my phone unless I'm on the other line or with another customer, I haven't had any complaints with our customers since I've been in business almost yearsI gave Mr [redacted] a loaner until I could look at his machine, most stores in my business don't even do that but I don't want anyone going without a washer, No one here is ever rude on the phone unless we are threatened by someone like Mr [redacted] did, I go far and above most appliance stores , If Mr [redacted] wants to come in and pick another machine of equal value I will have no problem with that, Again these are used machines, Mr [redacted] wants a new machine at a used price
