I do not recall ever dealing with a less professional companyWe were extremely disappointed in the lack of service and empathy expressed by most the staffAt our scheduled meeting to discuss the arrangements, we had to meet in the kitchenThere was no explanation as to what was prepaid or what we could expect at the grave siteThe Funeral Director never contacted the clergy as he assured he would, leaving us with no one to speak at the grave site servicesAnd, we have not yet received an apology from anyone at the funeral home
