THEIR WAS $OUT OF A $SECURITY DEPOSIT DEDUCTED FOR REPAIRS AND CLEANING OF A 3BEDROOM BATH DUPLEX THE DEDUCTION WAS NOT JUST FOR A DOOR THAT WAS DISTROYED IT WAS FOR SPOT PAINTING THE ENTIRE DUPLEX WHERE THE TENANT HAD TAKEN WHITE PAINT AND SMEARED IT EVERYWHERE THAT SHE HAD HUNG THINGS ON THE WALLS AND HAD REMOVED THEM THE DUPLEX WAS PAINTED A BEIGE COLOR I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF THIS THE CEILING FANS (4) WERE SO COVERED WITH DUST AND NICOTINE THAT THE REPAIR COMPANY HAD TO SCRAPE THE DUST AND NICOTINE OFF OF THEM ONE CEILING FAN WAS BROKE THAT I DID NOT CHARGE TO THE TENANT HE ALSO HAD TO REPLAE THE AIR CONDITIONER FILTER WHICH THE TENANT WAS TO REPLACE EVERY MONTH AND DID NOTHE ALSO HAD TO REPLACE THE STOVE PANS IN STOVE AND CLEAN OVEN HE CLEANED UNDER SINK IN KITCHEN AND BOTH BATHROOMS HE ALSO REPLACED A BEDROOM DOOR I DID NOT KEEP ONE PENNY FOR MY TIME OR EFFORT HE CHARGED $TO DO ALL OF THIS WORK AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT WAS DEDUCTED OUT OF HER SECURITY DEPOSIT I WOULD GLADLY FURNISH COPIES OF THE PICTURES AND A COPY OF THE INVOICE THAT I HAVE PAID TO THE REPAIR MAN LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO SETTLE THIS PROBLEM
I will be happy to send a copy of the paint pictures of the walls and the copy of the invoice that I paid the contractor to *** ***. I did not charge her for the fan
