Billed charges were triple the estimate and no phone call to authorize.
On 6/14/13, had taken a stray feral cat to get spayed and was told it would roughly be $225. Upon pickup, charges were $681. Asked why they didn't call us to authorize as it is a STRAY cat, they lied and said they called my spouse for authorization. After showing call log, they retracted and said they called another client on overages, but never called us!
