A short note in follow up to our conversation earlier today. Complaint [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
*We have 3 orders in our system associated with the woman...
above. 1 ) 8/15/2016 – 1086613 delivered to her via [redacted] on 8/29/2016 2 ) 9/14/2016 – 1092376 delivered to her via [redacted] on 10/7/2016 The 3rd order is from one of our clients – Shop [redacted] out of Atlanta Georgia. Here we drop ship orders as per their request. 3 ) 9/14/2016 – [redacted] delivered to her via [redacted] on 9/17/2016 – this order she paid [redacted] in Georgia with her credit card A few notes .. our web page does not state items are in stock, but by being listed on the web page the assumption can easily be madeI’m not sure who her Fiance is … so I can’t track anything associated with the order(s)I’m guessing her reference to speaking my rep Annette - she may have meant our customer service representative for [redacted] ( Anita ), I have a sales associate with her 1st name “Annette”, but our records don’t show any communication between the parties. She later references she spoke to a “he”. We have a protocol for all inquiries on orders, with notes placed, tied to a date – time stamp so we can pull phone records, etc. Here we have no records. A search here shows no incoming phone calls, but if she used different numbers than listed on the complaint we would be blind to it until we have it. She has placed a complaint with [redacted] as well and posted a complaint ( below ) – My WEB department is working with [redacted] on the retractions ( a standard practice by companies competing for business on [redacted] – slam the others and reference who is good – they keep records on those who just buy and file complaints on all orders ) The concept of giving a refund for the purchase she received because she feels it didn’t meet her requirements, the other option is don’t buy from us again ... not to be harsh, but it is an option As I referenced in our call we deal with a few customers like this every week. They usually order a few items then complain to anyone that will listen, looking for something free … and with free time on their hands they don’t lose anything ... we just loose the time having to defend ourselves … over 500,000 shipments in the last 12 months, and as your own records will show – no current complaints . Got to love the system ( lol ) The orders and the supporting postal receipts are attached ( 8 pages ) Let me know what, if anything else, is required ) Steve J K[redacted]President, Collectors Alliance Inc[redacted]
