I was highly impressed with the crew that was sent to my house to replace all of my windows and trim. They were prompt, professional, kind, and very efficient. Are overall experience with Forst Builders would be negative. The lack of customer service and response is lacking. We were notified around 4pm that our windows would be installed the following day! They installed the windows in one day, could have cleaned up a better than they did. After the windows were installed and filed for the TVA rebate, the TVA credits were not filled out correctly. I only got two credits for 16 windows and one door. We only found this out when we got our electric bill and noticed no more credits; it was since corrected, but you think a company that installs replacement windows would have gotten it right the first time. But just the lack of customer service , care and attention to detail would be the sole reason I wouldn't recommend this company.

I had great service for a large siding and window job at my home. Price was fair as well. After-sale service was needed on one issue and they handled it quickly and without any problems. I will use them again for more window replacements soon. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Stew was very professional and kind. He was willing to take on our small job and work with us on our budget as a young family. He did an amazing job, and despite discovering additional damage to repair, did not tack on additional charges.
