Their advertising does not explain that you will be charged 89.00 for their product (which was marketed as free sample) if you do not cancel within 14 days after receiving the sample. This is a totally inadequate trial period since it states that it takes 60 days to start to see the affects of their product. They will gladly charge your debit / credit card and you have no recourse but to call and cancel. Not honest in their advertising.

I request the trial merchandise of Forskolin Ketoboost and *** and paid for the shipping, never the ad say anything that you have to cancel the order before 14 days or you will be charge for the full amount. My credit card was use to charge and when I called the Customer Services they only explain that is how they do it if it's not cancel on time.
I request the refund because is *** to charge full amount when they ask you to pay only for shipping

I appreciate that the misinformation was resolved thank you for the help and understanding
only after contacting them at XXX-XXX-XXXX on 4-13-2018 about a charge on credit card for 89.97 bottle of 60ea. garcinia rapidboost pills that I learned I had paid 5.97 for S/H only on 3-31-2018 not 5.97 for a trail bottle and I had to cancel in 14 days or pay the 89.97 for the bottle of sixty pills.nowhere on the advertisement did I understand or read about the 14 day cancellation or the 89.97 charge.they said I couldn't return unused pills because bottle was opened. Their advertisement makes it easy to not understand the sale.

Nothing on the website says you'll be charged after the initial bottle. After my first purchase , I got another one the following month. I didn't think much of it as I hadn't started the first bottle. I then got a third bottle today. I finally checked my account and realized they charged me $90.00!!! That's outrageous. I called the company to cancel and they tried to make me several offers. I asked for an address to return the product and she offered me $23! Seriously, they took $90 from me. When I persisted she still wouldn't provide the address but offered to return my money. To date I've received nothing. This feels unethical. It's like they prey on people like me who aren't checking their accounts daily.

On the 14th day of our trial, if you have not chosen to cancel, we bill you for the full price of your initial 30-day bottle and as stated in the terms and conditions, you become enrolled in our monthly auto-shipment program.

This company sells their product through a direct marketing company***. When you PURCHASE the vitamins this merchant sells without knowledge or direct and *** knowledge you are agreeing to a free trial of a one time delivered product, which you DO pay for...NOT free, to a monthly subscription of $88.97US$. When your credit card company calls to dispute the claim the direct marketing company says under their terms and conditions you have agreed to the subscription. *** The support phone numbers and the support web site does not work.
