Review: I payed $350 to Forsalebyowner.Com to have them list my property on [redacted] and their site. Once purchased they did not forward me any of the contract documents to read over. I called 7 days later then they were sent. Once I had a chance to read the contract I found they were nickle and dimeing me once I sold my home. I did not agree with the terms and called to request a refund. I was told that I can only have back $125. I did not list my home on their site and never used their services. I would like a full refund! They did not provide me with the proper information in their 24 hour refund window so I feel that this is very unfair and deceitful. Also, when I spoke with customer service they state they do not escalate calls. I was unable to even speak to a supervisor.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the $350.

Review: I purchased the $579 package to get my home on the local mls. I expected less customer service since this is a discount broker. The package comes with a sign kit. I received my kit two months after I ordered the package. I asked for a refund after a three weeks of not receiving the sign kit. I had to purchase my own as I was listed but didn't have a sign. The site only gives a refund after 24 hours and then all you have is access to is the website not the local MLS listing. The general realtor that was designated to list my home was unresponsive or slow to respond. It took a couple of weeks to get my home listed on the local MLS. My questions were ignored and the like.

My advice is to post your [redacted] home on [redacted] posts [redacted] homes from [redacted] and [redacted] is free. Buy the signs from your local hardware store. The kit does not include the yard L sign but the add implies it does:

"[redacted]"

The fee you are paying is to list your home on the local MLS. If you don't need that exposure don't use this service. There is little service and it is slow or unresponsive entirely. Once they have your money they disappear.Desired Settlement: After my experience I do not expect to hear from this business. I noticed they had a B rating and now have removed themselves from the Revdex.com entirely. I was not surprised to see this.
