I purchased a Forney 235FI AC Arc Welder off of Amazon
The welder was shipped quickly, and performed as advertised
The DC welding feature has a stable arc, and the stringer cables and power cord were long enough to make this welder usable for my double car garage
Ground and rod clamp had significant strength to hold what I put them onThe other accessory (Handheld Mask), was poor quality, but not a significant feature for the machineIf you are going to weld, get a proper face mask for protection
Rebate was received within months of submitting receipts online

I am rejecting this response because:I don't recall signing an agreement of the fuel surcharge in 2012 or since. And they have had an across the board price increase and least once. I also was being charge a higher sale price than my nearby NAPA stores. And we have a delivery service to our customers in which we have up to 4 delivery trucks going up to 10 hrs a day and we don't charge for deliveries. And our prices offer very little room for margins as it is controlled by NAPA headquarters. I don't feel sympathy for Forney and don't feel they are taking advantage of customers. I deal with dozens of suppliers from in Mn. and other states as well as online and don't see this behavior. Even your sales reps have said the disagree with the charge. Your rep told me when he introduced and signed me up for online ordering that it was free shipping. I specifically asked him about the extra fee the next time he was here and he said it was wrong ang would check on it.I had another supplier that would stop in and sell chemicals. The original saleman would charge a $6 delivery charge and give more than enough free product to cover it. He retired and the replacement charged the $6 and no free product. I asked several other business' in town who buy from them if they got the charge. All of them never even looked at the bill before and didn't know they where getting charge the delivery fee. Many where either a business or city department which wanted the bills split up among different departments. Even though it was all delivered to one spot in one box they were charge a delivery charge for each department, up to six. Since I notified others of this the company has gone though 5 different reps and I and others sell minimal of the product and has been moved to back of room. I am closing out the product. Forney sells to many others in town. I will let them know of the fees also as again many purchasers don't see the invoices and no idea of the extra fees they are being charged for.
