Review: Forman Price refuses to send me the title to the truck that I finished paying off close to a year ago[redacted] after I called and left many messages finally spoke to me when I did not give my name to who ever answered the phone. He then told me he would not send me the title to my truck because we are having a dispute. over a different truck. His exact quote was why would I send you the title for your truck when I have a lawsuit against you for a different truck. I also have a 3rd truck with this company that I have not been paying the monthly payments because I am afraid he wont give me the title to that truck either. I don't think its fair or legal for him to refuse to send me the title for a truck that I finished paying for. I want the title sent to me immediately.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE TITLE TO MY TRUCK IMMDIATELY

[redacted] account has been in default for the past two years; we have been forced to bring legal action against him and his company in an attempt to be paid. His allegation that he is not paying for a truck currently on lease on the supposition that his title would be wrongfully withheld is abject nonsense - he his account has been in default long before there was any title issue - A transcript of [redacted] account can happily be supplied to illustrate his poor payment performance and the perpetual state of default his account is in. Additionally, [redacted]'s 3 lease agreements all provide (legally) that a default on any single vehicle places the entire account in default , which empowers us to do whatever necessary to protect our interests including repossession/ disposal. We have not chosen to go down that road, and have gone so far as to offer [redacted] a compromised settlement on the defaulted account including a low interest payment plan spread out over a number of YEARS . He did not bother to respond to our offer
