Review: On 16 October 2014, I went into an agreement with Certa Pro Painters to complete repair work in two areas of my home and painting of the exterior. Work performed included drywall repair, wall and ceiling painting, baseboard install and paint, and install hardwood floor trim, a 7' and 4'6" section stained to match the existing 12' section. The second contract required exterior window shutter painting, garage wood trim painting, front door and trim painting and door hardware replacement. All door hardware would be supplied by the owner. Work on the two separate contracts for work perf[redacted]ce with Certa Pro Painters were not been completed. Certa Pro indicated they can not complete the floor trim color match and replace and estimated a $50.00 credit to allow me to complete the work listed below. I estimate the work originally contracted by Certa Pro to range at a minimum of $385.00 that also included reinstallation of the pervsiouly installed 12' floor trim. Certa Pro failed to complete the following work.

Remaining work not completed in living room area:

1. Reinstall floor trim. Replace missing floor trim 7' and 4'6' sections to match to existing 12' section. Note: The Certa Pro site supervisor removed a 12' section of the orginal floor trim to have it color matched and did not replace it.

Remaining Installation of door hardware not completed. Door hardware to be installed was supplied by me as stipulated in the contract.

2. Reinstall door lock plate with all 4 screws on door frame.

3. Replace old door sweep with new door sweep

4. Replace old door viewer with new door viewerDesired Settlement: Provide a credit refund of $385.00, so I may establish a new contract with another company to complete the above mention work.
