The clerk accidentally returned my daughter's dress to the rack, the clerk immediately went back to retrieve it. Now discovered it is the wrong size.Purchased two prom dresses 1/22/14My daughter bought a dress in January. The clerk put it back by accident. When we told her we intended to get that dress, the same clerk immediately went and grabbed the dress. We then went home, hung the dresses in the closet and now (4/9/14) two days before prom did a final "try on" only to find the clerk brought back a size 4 rather than a size 6. All tags are on the dress, but Formalwear Outlet will not take it back under any circumstances. I JUST WANT AN EXCHANGE. This was certainly no deal since I must now go buy a new gown. I called to explain what happened and [redacted], the person to whom I spoke, just said, "sorry."Desired SettlementI would be happy with replacement, but I now have to purchase a new gown and prom will be over by the time they reply. Thanks.Consumer Response Yes, after filing this complaint and many others, the company did agree to exchange the dress. I appreciate them finally doing the right thing.
