I purchased a dress from Formal Dress Shops through their website When it arrived I was saddened by how heavy the dress was It was too heavy to wear for my daughter's summer wedding I went through all of their proper channels to return the dress and paid $to mail the dress back to them only to have them refuse the package and put, 'Return to Sender? on it I called them immediately They said the dress had several snags on it and therefore couldn't reimburse me I explained to them that the package had never even been opened because they refused it They said that yes, they opened it and there were snags on the dress I didn't even try on the dress because it was so heavy I knew I couldn't wear it to the wedding which is being held outside so I returned it If they opened the package like they claimed, then putting it back in the same package and put 'Return to Sender? on it is illegal They clearly did not open the package though I have taken pictures of the pac
