My sales associate attended to the unsatisfied customer on the day of rental(9-13-14). Customer was pleased enough to sign the ticket agreement which requested a nonrefundable deposit . Upon rental, it was discussed that she would return for a  scheduled fitting closer to time of the event due...

to the fact that dresses could possibly be warn before her. After customer returned for fitting, the size 10 dress would no longer zip. The dress was in the same condition as it was at time of rental. The dress had not been altered in any way. My sales associate proceeded to help her find another gown, but the customer said they were all "too heavy for her to wear". The size 6 dress was also in the same condition as it was at the time of rental. When the customer came for her fitting she had brought shoes with her that made the dress too short. At that that time we made a suggestion that she wear a shoe with a shorter heel to accommodate the length which was in the same condition as when the dress was rented. We would also like to note that the customer was interested in trying on a dress that was previously rented by another customer for October 11 which was in discretion of the customers date, which was on October 9. This would  leave us with an insufficient amount of time for cleaning ,alterations and pickup for the previous customer. Myself and my sales associate feel assured that we did everything in our power to assist this customer in accordance with store policy and are deeply sorry for her inconvenience.
