Review: I'm trying to get my forklift certification for work the ought this website. I took AND PASSED the certification test several times and have not received my certification. Now I am in the process of getting a refund from these guys. They have two phone numbers on their website: one simply does not work and the other one goes to voicemail; there's another issue: I've left them several voicemails and emails about my certification with no calls back or emails back: almost like as if the company is ignoring me... So basically the company took my $49.50 without giving me what I paid for and not even attempting to call me back. They have been the complete opposite of any help. Horrible company!Desired Settlement: A refund is all I need and I won't ever visit this site and I will encourage others not to do so as well as the site is a RIPOFF

This person called a few days ago and left several messages cursing and using very fowl language when speaking to our customer service people. Unfortunately, he never left a phone number nor an email to contact him. Only today did he send us an email address with his contact information and request a refund. Our company offers a 100% money back guarantee, and we stand behind our products. He also sent us an email threatening to contact your organization in order to lower the rating of our company. We will refund his money today as he requested.

It now is going on 3 weeks and still have not received my cert. very dissapointed in this site and would not reccomend to anyone. But they were sure there to take my money.

Review: I have taken the certification test and pasted an have still not yet received my wallet card. I also got blocked off the page when its time to log in its plays as if im not in the system. I request a change of password and it never goes to my email.Desired Settlement: I either want my card or I want a complete refund immediately so I can pay for something thats not a scam

As part of the Certification Process people need to request their license using a Wallet Card Form request. On Aug 16 we received his requested but He didn't provide the name of the city or State. Please see below

Review: On March 6 2014 I went online at their site to get my forklift certification. I passed the test and printed my certificate from the website, and part of the package is a wallet certification card to be mailed to me within 5 days and so far I have not received it. I have emailed them and called on the phone about this but no one has responded to any of my communication.Desired Settlement: I want them to send the wallet certification card that was promised as part of the deal.

He will receive his license in two to three days. We also contact the customer to provide this information as well
