Review: I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses off of their website. The dresses were advertised with the straps looking like the same material as the dress. When we got the dress, the straps were made of a hard plastic rope material. They did not look like the straps on the dress in the picture. Also there was no written description of the dress. Therefore we had no way of knowing that the dress would look different than the dress in the picture. By their return policy, I should have been able to get a full refund of all the dresses because they were not the same as the dress in the picture. But the customer service representative told me I was only able to get 70% of my money back. Also, there was no phone number that I could call to speak to an actual person. The customer service representative told me that they only communicate via email. This was incredibly inconvenient. It took two weeks to accomplish what would have take a matter of minutes to resolve if I was able to talk to someone on the phone. When I finally settled on getting 70% of my money back, I sent the dresses back, and was assured that my refund would come within 7-10 days. It has now been 15 days and I have received nothing. I am not happy with the way they run their business. It is a huge inconvenience and it has cost me a lot of money.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund on my purchase.

We have already solved this issue with Jessica and she has also agreed of the refund we issued. The straps of that particular dress are made of chiffon but twisted not plastic. I think customers don't like the style of the dress but on our website we have clearly stated that we could offer 70% refund for customers who don't like the dresses they received. I'm sorry for this situation but we have already issued the refund for her.
