When Mr*** purchased his pre-owned vehicle he signed paperwork stating he was buying the vehicle "As Is"The majority of pre-owned vehicles sold do not come with more than one key. We have attempted to call and email Mr*** several times with no response. We would like to
help Mr*** by providing him with an additional key for his vehicle at no charge but we need his vehicle present to code the key specifically to his vehicle
We have settled this with the customer, *** ***. On Wednesday, November 23, we have replaced the leather we had first put in her Grand Cherokee with the correct color and the correct stitching
