Our customer service team lead reached out to the customer and resolved the issue. We upgraded the customers shipping to 2-Day to ensure prompt delivery, and provided tracking number per the customer’s request UPS is expected to deliver the product tomorrow Sept 8th
Tracking number is *** and can be tracked at UPS.com. I also made a call to the customer this morning to ensure all of her request have been handled and to ensure we’ve done all we can do I left my name and contact info for any future questions. Once the package is delivered tomorrow, the customer states they will be satisfied with our actions to resolve the issue*** ***

We have read the complaint and have noted their concern regarding our return policy. We have issued a refund to the customer per their request. We are working to reword our return policy to be more specific to those items which may be subject to the restock fee. We apologize

Customer ordered shorts with numbers. numbers on pairs of the shorts started to peel off. We are unsure why this happened, but acknowledge there was an issue with the shorts. To resolve the issue we expedited the process to customize these shorts with the appropriate
numbers and we shipped the new order with Next Day service so the customer would have in time for their tournament that weekend. We hope this has resolves this problem adequately, and to the customers satisfaction. Regards***
