[redacted] & her staff give the worst customer service. [redacted] won't even get on the phone when you ask for her directly. I ordered & paid for my dress in full in Feb. & still don't have my dress almost 2 mos. later, after being told it would only take 7 days after being ordered. She does bad business & the customer service stinks. Her employee even had the nerve to say, well we dont give refunds. After not delivering on what she said, if I don't have my dress in time, YES I'M STILL WAITING ON IT, she will be hearing from WSET & the Revdex.com. If it had been up to me, we would've gone to [redacted]l or even driven to [redacted] Bridal in Roanoke. What makes it worse is that I'll have to drive up the night before my cousins wedding(May 17th), to do RUSH alterations and hope that she gets it right. If not, I'll be out of the wedding & my money, since I live at least 3 hrs. away & they didn't let us know until it was too late that they were backordered & then lies about everything instead of just saying she made a mistake. Worse bridal shop EVER!!!!
