GMy mother with dementia filled out a survey and was offered a free gift. She paid the shipping and handling as requested and now she is getting phone calls from 716-589-5739. They have been threatening her and will not give us any information except the company name Forever Skin. I would like a call from the company in regards to this matter. Threatening an old lady over the phone is disturbing and I want thos company to know what is happening. Thank you.
I want my mothers information removed from their system and no more threatening phone calls.

I completed a survey that popped up after I used a website for a purchase. It indicated I was eligible for free prizes as a result. I selected "Pure Reviva Derm Skin Serum" and "Pure Reviva Derm Skin Cream". It then said there was a charge of $4.95 for the shipping and handling which I paid. On 1/13/20, I noticed 2 unauthorized charges on my account, one on 1/10/20 from "First Solution Liv" for $89.99 and one on 1/12/20 from "Continued Body Cleans" for $87.99. I immediately called my bank and cancelled my card. After they researched, they let me know these were the same company names that had charged me the $4.95 S&H fees back on 12/27/20. I called the company on 1/13/20 to request a refund of these unauthorized charges. They put me through to a "manager" who said the most he could do was refund 50% because "you signed up for 14 day trial and you didn't cancel it", "we're not in the policy of giving refunds", and "It was free for a 14 day trial." I realized I was still within the 14 day trial window as I had received the products 1/3/20 so I returned them via USPS on 1/15/20. I tracked the package and saw that USPS had attempted delivery on 1/18/20 but that the address for the company did not accept mail so the package was awaiting pick-up at the Buena Park post office. I phoned the company today, 2/3/20 to explain the above and again request a refund. I was put through to a "manager" again who first said the product was not returnable because it was consumable. I explained that there were instructions for a return in the package I received and I followed those instructions. He then said that I did not cancel the product within the 14 day trial and I explained that I had a tracking number showing I received the package 1/3/20 and that I called them 1/13/20. He said "Sorry, we have no record of your call." He then said "the 14 days start from the day you order, not the day you receive." I asked how it was possible for a trial to start before the product was delivered and he said I need to read the terms and conditions of the offer. I asked where this would be located and he directed me to "aquahydra-serum.com" and said "There are no refunds". I am now out $177.98 for a product I had not intended to order, for which I tried to cancel within 14 days of receipt, and for which I returned within 14 days of receipt.
Product_Or_Service: Pure Reviva Derm Serum and Pure Reviva Derm Cream
Other (requires explanation) I would like a refund of $177.98 mailed to me. I canceled the product and returned the product within 14 days of receiving it.
