The above misunderstanding has been resolved with Ms [redacted],Forever Remembered Roses, LLC has discussed over the phone in lengthher order in detail. [redacted] has been a Long time Customer of ForeverRememberd Rose, LLC, Once the flowers are received, The flower areprocessed as stated the website....

 [redacted] and Forever RememberedRoses, LLC are in agreement to continue with the order as planed. [redacted] has an additional phone number to reach  Forever RememberedRoses, LLC @.  I was also dealing with a very very ill family member,as I informed [redacted] this personal.Most Important:My 800# Number works off a additional land line  (so you need two lineto run an 800 Number)  I called [redacted] to change the land line andassign me a new telephone # due to all the calls I was receiving  callsunnecessarily due to computer dial up and solicitations. [redacted] happento disconnect my 800 number.   When [redacted] recycled  my  old land lineTelephone  it hunts  my 800 #  [redacted] failed  to put 800 # to the newland line  number assigned  to me.  Took me a few day to figure  thisout. I called [redacted], As a courtsey [redacted] I was compensated forthier mistake.  This was a tech error.All of my voicemail were being reouted to the old land line and tosomeone else home.  So I am very sorry to say I never received anyvoicemails.
