Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: We had to resign to call Revdex.com on you, since we didn't receive return phone calls for texts for weeks We do not have the warranty because you never mailed it I have attached the texts messages where you keep promising you would email or mail it to us We also have voice message stating the same thing....those are being printed by our telephone service We were nothing but patient and nice, until no return calls, how were we suppose to believe you would fix the entire problem in 2016, without anything in writing IT IS NOW 2016, ARE YOU FIXING THE WHOLE PATIO? Aprilwe did a concrete patio for ms *** we signed contract on contract it does not state we where giving warranty on project sept they contacted us that that patio started cracking *** *** went out to speak with ms.*** and we
came to an agreement with words only that we could fix it but it would be till next year so they agreed we contacted insurance of ours if it could be done they agreed some time passed and ms *** wanted it done sooner it wasn't going to be possible they where also enraged because they wanted something signed stating it was going to be fixed but since it was never under warranty we couldn't send a paper signed so they decided since it wasn't going to be done in their time frame wanted they contacted Revdex.com
