Purchased and returned a ring per Promiserings.com policy. Ring was accepted by Promiserings.com on March 6. 2018. They will not respond to my request for my refund and have not returned my money.

A full refund was processed back to our customers Paypal account on April 12th.
A proof of the refund can be provided upon request. A refund confirmation was also sent to our customer on April 12th from Paypal.
