Forever Flowers

I ordered funeral flowers for my stepfather's service, ***, on Feb 28, 2020, and spent 100.00, asking for a colorful spring wildflower basket with two names on the ribbons. The service was March 2, and what was delivered was a white basket with little flowers, blown open roses and no ribbon. When I called, I was told by Bonita, the owner, that the wrong item was sent, and a replacement would be delivered, which it was. I was also promised by Bonita that I would receive a 50 percent discount. The money was never refunded on my card. My husband attempted to call the flower shop 3x, and no one returned his call.
