Forever Elegant Consignment Shoppe

Review: On April **, 2013 I brought some jewelry and clothes to Forever Elegant Consignment Shoppe. I have been trying to reach them via telephone but the number has been disconnected. I drove to the store. It was closed. I spoke to some of the businesses in the neighborhood and was told the owners cleaned out the store via a moving truck and with no forwarding address.Desired Settlement: Would like my merchandised returned,which seems unlikely under the circumstances, therefore please put this information on file.

Review: I brought 14 items, Coach/Gucci/Montag Bags to the consignment shoppe to sell. I signed a contract for 90 days. The shop closed due to non payment of rent. I called to collect my money and any items that did not sell and they are no longer in business.I have now lost my 14 designer items.Desired Settlement: I want monetary compensation from the women that took my bags or I want all my bags back.

Review: I consigned with this store in May. I gave them designer handbags and jewlery. I have a list of what I gave them and paperwork with amounts they were going to sell the items for. Apparently they up and left the store with my merchandise /money without calling and there is no forwarding contact info. I would like my merchandis and or money back if they can be located. This is stealing!Desired Settlement: Return my merchandise and/or money owed.
