Review: my iphone4 phone was serviced by these guys for a cracked screen nothing more and they messed my brand new phone that is not even 1 yr. old up. I received my phone back with 99% of the screws missing, battery that was forced back in, wires that was not even connected, as per when I confirmed my findings with genius bar at the iphone store on [redacted]. this is horrendous type of service being done on top of it all they do not want to fix it many times I went back to him to tell him to fix it and he says he cant do anything. he don't even want to admit to what he did was wrong and didn't even want to take the phone back. I went back several time and complained to him, this last time 11/**/13 he took the phone back and says let me see what I can do. I don't think he's going to do a good job if he hasn't done so yet.my phone is currently in his possession. I didn't know I had a warranty I thought my warranty was finished after 30 days of purchased this is why I brought it here and I didn't not buy extra warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of the service that was done which is the $70 to replace the screen plus the full cost of the phone which is $489.**. this phone will never be the same and I cannot even go to [redacted] to see if they can do anything at all because they touched it. if id known that before I took I would've never went there now I'm out $489.**(cost of the phone) +$70(screen replacement)
