When [redacted] was brought in for his laser treatments, I personally spoke with his owners and was told that he was doing well. As soon as our staff was informed of the vomiting, [redacted]'s owners were instructed to stop the [redacted]. When he continued to vomit, diagnostics and medical treatment were provided as indicated based on the patient's condition. Upon hearing of Mrs. [redacted]'s displeasure with our services, I immediately phoned her to discuss the matter. Shortly after, she began contacting us through [redacted]. We also responded to those messages in less than 24 hours despite it being outside of business hours. Her messages were understandably emotional as we all are animal lovers, however, her messages quickly became very numerous, inflammatory and threatening. We refunded her in full for [redacted]'s treatments but the messages continued. I felt it would be in the best interests of all involved to allow a third party to help come to a satisfactory resolution for Mrs. [redacted]. We contacted the [redacted] to help mediate the situation and they were given complete medical records. They immediately contacted Mrs. [redacted] to discuss her concerns and request any documentation regarding the case.
