Review: They have been making false statements on my credit report...My security deposit was paid for when I first moved in and after I moved out that apartment complex they kept it...They lied and stated that I owed them a security deposit of 200 dollars which I dont owe them...They put it on my credit report trying to ruin my credit..Desired Settlement: I want this removed off of my credit report because they have the 200 dollars security deposit from when I first moved in...

Review: I was told by one of their leasing agents that they had a special on their apartments. The special she quoted to me was different from what was actually going and I did not find this out until I started signing papers. When I noticed the rate was different on paper than what she told me, I stopped sign and asked her about it. She called in her supervisor and changed her story saying that she did quote me the rate on the paper and I just changed my mind. I explained that that was not the case and that I was told something different than what was on paper. I was told that I could still be held to the agreement because I signed some of the papers and that if I chose to stop they would not refund me my deposit.
