Our Hoffman Lexus Sales Director located the vehicle that [redacted] ’ family member was looking for at a closer dealershipWe offered to bring the vehicle to Hoffman Lexus for the customer; however the customer declined this offerThe customer’s deposit was refunded to his credit card on 4/25/17.?

Trade in values of vehicles are determined using a program called vAuto which is standard practice in the industryvAuto determines the value a vehicle based on the current market value as well as condition, mileage, and options of the vehicleThe current market value is determined by using the average price that the vehicle is selling for across the country at other dealershipsHoffman Lexus does not and never would take advantage of any customerAll pricing and fair market value is available to the public on all vehicles prior to purchase

Our business manager, Al R***, has been in communication with our customer, Ms [redacted] , during this time in order to assist her with finding a vehicle that will fit her budget and transportation needsThe refund has been processed and will be ready later today?
